4j32合金又稱超因瓦(super-invar)合金。在－60～80℃溫度范圍內(nèi)，其膨脹系數(shù)比4j36合金低，但低溫組織穩(wěn)定性較4j36合金差。該合金主要用于制造要求在環(huán)境溫度變化范圍內(nèi)尺寸高度精密儀表零件。

4j32材料的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn) yb/t 5241-1993 《低膨脹合金4j32、4j36、4j38和4j40技術(shù)條件》。

在平均線膨脹系數(shù)達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定條件下，允許鎳含量偏離上表規(guī)定范圍。

4j32熱處理制度

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的膨脹系數(shù)及低溫組織穩(wěn)定性的性能檢驗(yàn)試樣按下述方法加工和熱處理：將半成品試樣加熱至840℃±10℃，保溫1h，水淬，再將試樣加工為成品試樣，在315℃±10℃保溫1h，隨爐冷或空冷。

4j32應(yīng)用概況與特殊要求

該合金是典型低膨脹合金，經(jīng)航空工廠長(zhǎng)期使用，性能穩(wěn)定。主要用于制造在環(huán)境溫度變化范圍內(nèi)尺寸高度精確的精密部件。在使用中應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制熱處理工藝及加工工藝，根據(jù)使用溫度應(yīng)嚴(yán)格檢驗(yàn)其組織穩(wěn)定性。

4j32合金組織結(jié)構(gòu)

合金按1.5規(guī)定的熱處理制度處理后，再經(jīng)-60℃冷速2h，不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)馬氏體組織。但當(dāng)合金成分不當(dāng)時(shí)，在常溫或低溫下將發(fā)生不同程度的奧氏體(γ)向針狀馬氏體(α)轉(zhuǎn)變，相變時(shí)伴隨著體積膨脹效應(yīng)。合金的膨脹系數(shù)相應(yīng)增高。影響合金低溫組織穩(wěn)定性的主要因素  是合金的化學(xué)成分。從fe-ni-co三元相圖中可以看到，鎳是穩(wěn)定γ相的主要元素  。鎳含量偏高有利于γ相的穩(wěn)定。銅也是穩(wěn)定合金組織的重要元素  。隨合金總變形率增加，其組織越趨向穩(wěn)定。合金成分偏析也可能造成局部區(qū)域的γ→α相變。此外，晶粒粗大也會(huì)促進(jìn)γ→α相變。
